Akshaya Special School

The Akshaya Special School for children is an unit run by the SRWWO society. It was established on 21st August by the Honorable speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Shri. P.T.R. Palanivel Rajan, in the year 2000 and got recognition from the Department of Disabled Rehabilitation Government of Tamil Nadu in the year 2009.

SRWWO

The Southern Railway Women's Welfare Organization, Madurai is a registered society. Its services started around 1962, but was registered in November 2000, with its office at Vaigai club, Railway colony, Madurai 625016.

SRWWO has been fully devoted to the laudable objective of uplifting the persons, who are in the need of Social and Economical inspiring elevations. SRWWO engages in women empowerment to achieve the goal of women self-sufficiency and non-dependency.
